I wanted to take this time to let you know how impressed I am with Jeremy and Jason.  As you know our combo machine was down and we needed to get a new machine.  After talking to you I was relieved it would only be 5 days and not 5 weeks to get a new machine.  You said there was a one in the warehouse that Friday morning and you’d power it up and calibrate it and install it the following Tuesday.  We expected to continue to disappoint customers and not offer shakes or sundaes until then.  Then, to my pleasant surprise you called back within the hour and said you’d have it installed within the next 5 hours! Your team worked at lightning fast speed with complete commitment and focus.  They dropped off the unit and got it operational before the dinner rush!  The managers and crew think it’s Christmas in February. We have had the Flavor Burst system in our espresso drive through 1 ½ of our 6 years in business.

The Flavor Burst flavors and unique appearance are easy to market and keep our customers coming back repeatedly during the week.
Cones, cups and milkshakes are the big sales drivers.  Not just for kids, but also for retirees taking a drive to get their favorite Butter Pecan flavor or families stopping in for an after dinner treat.

It has taken our store sales pre-Flavor Burst at an approximate 15%-20% increase, from year to year, to over 100% increase this year in month over previous years’ monthly sales.

Needless to say, the Flavor Burst program has been a very positive addition to our business.
